SWF machines

I guess I'm the only one to rain on the parade here and say I have had HORRIBLE experiences with SWF. Their service/support was horrible, the machine ran like crap, and nobody at SWF cared.

This of course was SWF east, I've heard decent things about SWF west or Mesa as they call it.

In short, the machine had issues from delivery, kept calling SWF for support, and eventually just started to get blown off, finally disputed the charge with my credit card company for the machine purchase price. That got their attention, they dispatched a tech, who helped, but machine still didn't run right. Traded the machine 6 months after purchase to a guy that knows SWF's and even he still to this day can't get the thing to run right ... It was a 2008 -1501C

I have a 2006 SINGLE HEAD 15 NEEDLE SWF EMBROIDERY MACHINE. Model # is T1501C.

I am a stay at home MOMMY and have always had great support and luck with my machine.

I am currently pregnant with my 2nd child and want to sell my machine. I need to have more time with my kids.

Please let me know if you are interested. These machines and software are pretty pricey. If I had to do all over--- I would buy used/refurbished. I paid $19,500 in the end after software and machine etc...

I am willing to tell mine for $9,000 or best offer. I live on the MS Gulf Coast. I will professionally ship if needed. Look at my post under embroidery machines. I have pics posted.

I originally started out with a Brother 750d, then moved up to a Babylock Ellegante and then I got a SWF 1201c. I loved the machine. They are night and day. SWF is definitely a commercial machine and you have to get used to using your computer a bit more. With the Brother and Babylock machines, they are still closer to a home unit with more design features and lettering installed in the machine. Commercial machines dont offer that. You can resize a design, mirror it, angle it...that type of stuff, but they are geared for production.

I have since added to my SWF machines, I have 2 single heads and a 4 head machines. I love my machines and they are affordable. They are also fairly easy to repair on your own, with the help of a repair dvd.

We have 3 SWF machines n they are really super.

I have 3 SWFs (bought 1 new and 2 used). I was new to embroidery in 2007. The machine is very easy to use and I have been very happy. I also always get good tech service when I've needed it - more in the beginning than now due to being new.

I have all SWF machines. A 12, 6, 4,and single head, Love them, Service is great. Reliable machines. I am a contract embroider and screen printer so I run machines hard every day all day long. And... SWF techs speah English!
