Wanted-Gently Used Single head embroidery (Chicago Area)

I am looking to purchase my first machine and cannot afford to spend thousands of
dollars to start my business. The machine should have be cleaned and serviced as part
of its life :), not just to sell. The brands that I like are Barudan, Happy, Brother and Baby.

It anyone within 100mi radius has a machine please respond, I would rather pick-up
in person.

I have a brother 2500D (disney) that is like new -- I have the software upgrade and the extra foot that gives it all the features of the 2800D

It is a single needle sewing/embroidery combo flat bed. It was my first machine, but I quickly outgrew it and am now I am selling it at a big loss, so that I can afford my new machine.

So -- if you're looking to get into a commercial machine straight away, this is not the machine for you. However, if you are looking to get your feet wet without too much of an investment, this might be the place to start. (it was the right place for me to start).

I am in the Naperville/Aurora area -- probably within an hour from you. I could even deliver it to you, help you set up and give you some lessons -- or you could come my way and I could still show you some tips and tricks. (if you need them, that is)

I have a Tajima TMEX C1201, single head 12 needles, for sale. It's been well maintained and privately owned, never used in an industrial setting, runs great, includes lots of hoops of all sizes, cap driver and hoops. Asking $7200. PM or email me me if interested. --Liz

I believe I have a smaller embroidery machine which is a the cheap end of the purchase scale when it comes to money. If you have time I can get more details later from my house. The machine was serviced recently and has not been used all that much.
