Hello everyone, glad to be a member of this forum. A christmas present from hubby he is going to upgrade my embroidery digitiser for me (YAY!) so the question is which one do I choose - Tajima Pulse or Wilcom? Please help!!!!!
Re: Which Digitiser should I buy????

Re: Which Digitiser should I buy????
Digditizing is very individual and peculiar... I learned on a Wilcom with a 6' x 4' board and 4 button mouse. Went to a Data-Stitch system when it was based on an Atari PC, which was like rocket science at the time (early 90's) and blew away the wilcom I learned on. I have stayed loyal to Data Stitch because I like the control I have. Punched on many Pulse systems, and they are easy to use, but the control is too automated for me, and it lacks the intuition factor for an old time puncher like me. Find the nearest show where you can try a few different systems, and chose the one you feel comfortable with. It will be your workplace for a while, you need to be in love....
Good Luck.
PS- I don't suggest buying any used system beyond 2 years old based on what you liked in the new software.
