Machine Embroidery | Embroidered fleece blankets?

I have tried several ways I know how and I have yet to get satisfactory results. Can somebody PLEASE help me with fleece? I need to embroider 1 dozen fleece blankets by tomorrow and the embroidered fleece samples I did do not look desirable at all. The embroidery design is a bear that is 4″ x 6″, 25,000 stitches, and 12 colors. What I’m experiencing is the design sinking into the blanket and also the fleece getting caught in the design. HELP!!!
