Who would have thought knit caps were popular among teens. I sure didn’t. I monogrammed my niece’s knit cap ‘just because’ two weeks ago. She wore it to her high school and I guess showed people or people noticed and they wanted on as well. My niece proposed that I make them for her friends and whoever else wanted one for a fee - of course I said YES! She then asked what I would charge… and guess what? She wanted to mark-up the price so she can also make some money. Hmm…. I wonder were she got her business sense from I wonder? ;)
So today I got a call from the high school and they wanted me to embroider their school letters on knit caps to sell for fundraisers. They want to order several dozens to start off first and then continue from there. Opportunities comes strange sometimes!

I’m pretty involved in when it comes to fund raising for my son’s school and this this is something I could also look into. Great idea and thanks for sharing.
