Hey thanks for all the suggestions about the desktop lasers (esp. mike!) very helpful. The most important thing I got outta this, is if anyone is thinking of doing business with sign warehouse …… RUN A MILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t know how these guys are still in business …anyhoooo ya live and ya learn.
I’m new to this forum, but I have had nothing but good experiences with the folks at signwarehouse. The Laserpro rep at the last ARA show was nothing but short and abrupt when he found out I didn’t by my laser from him. As for SWH my phone calls are returned within 2-3 hours unless I call towards the end of the business day, emails come back completely answered sometimes time stamped before 6AM. I’m really satisfied with both sales and tech support and I feel bad that some have had such a negative experience. By the way I have had my laser for 1 year, maybe it is the timing. Which ever way that you go best of luck.
