Does anyone have any comments good/bad on pinnacle lasers. I’ve heard there are issues using corel draw with it. How about burn quality as compared to versalaser or epilog??
I have had a Pinnacle M series for about 2 years and love it. It is the same as the Laserpro only the Pinnacle is sold by Signwarehouse. So far I haven’t had an issue with Corel I use version 12. The tech support is the real important thing and so far they have been exemplary, emails returned within 24 hours (sometimes with a time stamp very early in the morning) and phone calls within a couple of hours depending on the time of day; if I call before 2 pm their time I usually get a call back before the end of the business day, after that usually the next morning. Most of the machine available do much of the same thing it is the support that you want to look for.
