LaserPro Owner Feedback

I am trying to find owners of LaserPro lasers who can share their experience of quality & customer support. My concern is mainly with the reliability and support, machine specific issues & driver/software problems. Likes/Dislike, Etc. We are a 30 year old business with about 10 years into lasering, so process/material problems are not my big concern. Those are not usually machine specific. But since I don’t think I know everything, any info will be useful. We are in the 30-50 watt range on this machine. The Explorer because of table size. We also use all of our equipment on a wide variety of applications. I know Epilog & ULS have proven themselves.


I have a 40 watt M series. I am very happy with the performance of the machine which was purchased from SignWarehouse. They were very helpful during the purchase and delivery of my laser, however it seems lately, the salesman who was so helpful initially, seems to be too busy to return my emails or phone calls. If you have any specific questions about the machine, I’ll do my best to answer them.


I bought a 25 watt from signwarehouse about a year ago. So far the only problem I have had was the display messed up, I called them and a tech call me back in an hour and sent a chip overnight, but I didn’t need it, the other one just needed to be reinserted.
