TM Works is actively looking for an experienced Embroidery Production Manager. Full benefits and very competitive pay.

Oversee 185 heads of embroidery and manage a staff of roughly forty five employees. Bi-lingual is preferred but not a requirement for the position. Candidate should have at least five years previous experience as a supervisor or manager in a production facility or setting.

We are fortunate to have a great experienced team in the office and on the production floor to support you. An experienced Leader is what's needed more than embroidery expert. It would be wonderful to have both but good character and toughness is valued attribute for a manager and embroidery can be learned over time.
