Default Fraud alert

Printex advertises the hurricane as able to print 20" after discovering my hurricane does not print 20" but more like a comfortable 16 I have been told directly by A founding partner that they do not build the hurricane to print 20". Yet printexusa and Preston's web site still to this day falsely advertises the hurricane as able to print 20".........I have also been accused by Robert as lying and tried to infer the press does print 20"

Buyers beware if you are looking for a press to print longer than the common 16" do not buy a printex you will not get what is advertised in fact you will not have any clue what you are going to get if anything at all.

Figured it is time to prove the fraud by Robert and Preston, I have held back this email but since Robert is now stating Printex is dead and Andrew is not coming I will post the email from Andrew to me concerning the Hurricane.

Hello Mike,
thx for Your mail,
I am in Serbia now doing some installation,
I want You to know I am very sorry about situation in US,
As far as i remember Your machine was never meant to print 20 inch length (like it was ordred in PRINTEX UE).
i understand this mistake is beyound You.
Normally we make Hurricane 16 or 18 inch print length, 20 is reserved for Spectrum.

I will do my best to repair the situation, please let me know what are possible sollution for You i.e.:
- second press with right parameter with special deal
- change to bigger press existing one
- other solution

please speak with the Owner.

my mobile is +48 668 13 66 52, but I redirect it to Peter while I am here.

looking forward to meet you soon,

best regards
Andrew Slkeszynski

So Mike, totally unresolvable? Trading up may mean a newer machine Maybe with issues resolved, maybe not, and you would be up for install and shipping and who would they trade the Hurricane to? Also I don't know if Andrew would be good enough to ship without being paid first and I in your position wouldn't fork out anything until it was installed in case it never happened or throwing good money after bad. In saying that Artex is doing well with his Prism and dealing with Andrew. I don't know what to think, in terms of his credibility and Roberts where the blame lies. 50/50 or 80/20 or 95/5 makes little difference when the outcome hasn't changed.

There is no credibility so trading up is an option, also trading up is still wrong because we would have to pay more than what we originally signed a contract for. Why on earth should we be punished for something we did not do wrong? As for upgrading the existing machine well that is up to them no need for permission for us, they could ship in the parts and have at it all on their dime of course but it took me nearly a year for Robert to send me a dollar gasket so I am not holding my breath for new arms. If they ever did tho it would not be. Big loss for them because the original arms are still viable for another machine.

Regardless we will not pay out another dime for their false advertisements, Andrew is not coming Andrew is not going to do squat about it so F it.

I got a list of crap we bought over the years and was useless, broken or not what we thought, it's a case of sell it or use it. My problem is I've stored a bit and it's just **** that takes up room and rent. If I dwell on it it can eat me so we mostly use it and move on. Doing the sell and dump thing with a bit of stuff at the moment to make room. I got a list too. Dwelling doesn't do nothing to the problem. Some of it I don't want to get rid of,,I got a large one armed bandit, takes a heap,of room, just don't use it apart from storing stuff on it.... It would be interesting if Andrew upgraded you into a spectrum what the difference in price and when the payment required might be.
