Can you post a picture of the final sewout and a screenshot of the DST showing the design and stitch count?

There is nothing "just under $8" as mentioned by arrowembroidery for expressdigitising.com, they quoted me $60 for each design which is too much as compared to $8 prices or prices mentioned on website...
here is email from Rish

Hi Mike,
$60.00 each
do you require the same lions you have sent us or any other lion design will do as long as the size is big enough?
attached are 3 examples.
Rgds,
Rish

Sorry guys I'd been a little busy, seems embroiderysplus has done some amazing research and posted a detailed reply in his debutant post (cool isn't it). Anyhow, I've been a regular customer with expressdigitising and have good terms with them since all the time they have one or two orders by me atleast. I got a bit curious and inquired about the inquiry from "Mike" that;s mentioned here. What I heard from him was surprisingly intriguing for me, A guy named 'Mike' sent an inquiry about a 10 inch design for jacket back from an email ID 'embroiderysplus@gmail.com' titled 'John Steve', the quote was sent for a portrait size design which is $60 for now. I inquired Rish about which designs were sent for a quote, since after spending so much time in the industry, I can roughly rate designs that how much they can cost. So what I got from him is attatched to this post.
I remember I got some large designs done for them about 1-2 years back for $48, if now it's $60 that's okay since the prices have risen, I'll prefer paying $60 rather going for some cheap stuff from other digitisers.
As Widner said, I'll be looking forward to the screenshot of designs Steve did.
Remember, always keep your car mechanic, doctor & digitiser guys same, its good for your health

It may seem a bit unsual why I'm taking interest in replying to these comments but I feel it's not about the digitiser I'm referring to, it's about me defending my opinion as we all do.
Widners my friend, Frankly, I've been with them since a long time, so I don't even go to their website now. It must be $15 there if you say so, but i got a left breast logo for $8 and even i get some discounts on bulk orders ($7.50 a piece as well), so I'm happy with them. Prices are negotiable but you've to move a step further and email the owner for special rates or other things. I hope that answers your query.

Well, if you're looking for a 10 inch design for under $10, i guess you should go to China yourself and have it done, even there you won't have it in this price...I've been in this business since long.

So you mean to tell me the digitizer shared the information and designs with you that were from another customer?? One customers designs, photos, quotes, etc. should not be shared with other customers.....

Re: Outsource Embroidery Digitizing Reviews
nevermind...
To keep on topic I am happy with service from the following digitizers (in no particular order!) and I will also say I have used the other digitizers mentioned in the last couple of posts and they didn't make the list...
Steve
Brent
Artwork Source - www.artworksource.com
As I have said before I believe it is wise for shops that don't digitize (ours) to have a couple of digitizers they can send jobs to and that they can depend on. I have what I consider a variety of job types that require more than one digitizer and believe the above are all great choices to work with.
Being newer to embroidery I think it is imperative to my business for me to have tried quite a few digitizers to find the best quality/price combo digitizer for my business and ultimately my customers. Digitizing is extremely important for me and I believe in general that little information/feedback regarding digitizers is readily available on the internet. It seems that some may guard this information since it is so important to their business.

hmm...not good business practice....its too bad if expressdigitising shared data with you of another client when both are in same business, (i see they even shared email id, name, design instruction and design images as well with you). We are in business since 1999 and we have always good terms with clients and we can never share designs and privacy of clients, If we will do so, client will run away from us and they will never trust us to do business again....
I doubt arrowembroidery is from expressdigitising itself, and if not, than its not good business policy of expressdigitising to share data of each other between clients.

Re: Outsource Embroidery Digitizing Reviews
The lion pics seem to be stock designs....googled it and there it was.....
pls check this link:
http://thettablog.blogspot.com/2011/...-are-lion.html
so now do we blame embroiderysplus??
growup guys....the lion pics were sent as estimate requirements....it wasn't a matter of loosing an order of $10,000!!!!
this post is about what quality you get at different prices!!!
every digitizer is good as different areas and its always better to have a few in hand to keep safe....as an embroiderer I have 3 of which I use 2 on regular basis.
for any embroidery company out there, the best way to go about finding a right digitizer is by picking a design and send it to all potential digitizers that you have come across. on your email tell them you are giving this out to several digitizers to see the quality and pricing structure. From the results you can decide by yourself which one works for you. in future when you get spammed with new digitizers service, send them the same design to make and keep updating your results.
Forums can be bias and as mentioned earlier by another member, every embroiderer has different needs so a digitizer might work for me but not for you. So I would say give it a shot with all of them and compare the results.

Well what do you mean not good business practice? Was it a superbly Confidential Information...Hell NO! One of the guys just mentioned they were stock photos from the internet....so you say express digitizing shared PRIVATE DETAILS of clients with others...come on man seriously grow up, don't try to teach businessmen how to do business.
The spark was embroideryplus stating against my comment, i reached the stake holders, and took information and defended it! what's wrong in that?
I'm still laughing at your comment...NOT GOOD CUSTOMER POLICY! If he/she shares my rates and personalized designs then he's to blame since I'm an old customer. If a new guy comes up with different names ON the email and IN the email, and gets a shelf-book price for that, what's in it that shouldn't be shared?
I would like to hear from the guys who just commented on this...
