Tajima code 382

Had this code show up on our 8 head. Machine is stopped and won’t do anything. Had the same code a few years ago on a different machine and a tech walked us through a quick fix over the phone. It was a simple thing, as something was just jammed I think. Of course, didn’t write it down. Anyone have this issue / know the fix?

Is wrong needle position !
Put the degree disk at 100 deg.
Turn manually(by hand )the color change motor shaft to an correct color nr.position.
What model is your Tajima ?
