Yes we own the digitized file but we have to give them a copy of the design because thats what they are paying for.
But the issue here was that customers do not want to provide clear instructions to their digitizers. They expect the digitizers to clarify everything with them. Personally we don't have time to clarify every order with our customers. They should provide it when placing the order just like how you order in any other industry.
We choose our customers and not the other way round.
