I'm glad that our regional sales manager at M&R is a friend of mine for many years now and I know I can trust him and the company he represents.
Funny enough last year as we started doing some research about automatics, even though it was always clear to me it would be from M&R, I posted some questions on the M&R forum. Out of the blue I got an email from a company selling Printex machines asking me if I have considered their products. Did my research on the Internet and came to the decision that it's not even worth replying to that email. Anyway to make long story short, I think M&R would always be my first choice. They never let us down on parts and advise. Can your company say the same, dude?
Printex has a long road ahead, what do you think Printex should do to turn this internet situation around?

Well you don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure that out. Treat the few customers you have with respect then you would not find yourself in this position in the first place.

Great advice, but the two Printex customers that are active here are rallying the other internet trolls (including the moderator) to attack everyday, how would you handle that?

Address the machine you sold me falsely advertising the stroke length. That would certainly help.

BWHAHAHAHAA... Barnes you just got SO busted... don't deflect.

You were trolling the M&R forums for customers and this dude just outed you. Then not remembering the failed sales pitch, you come on here and try to spin your condescending BS on him and he comes back and slams your sh|t out of the park!

That was EPIC. You try and try to set something like that up and can never quite get the game right... this guy comes along and you just hand it right to him!

1. Fire you, after all you created this situation.

2. Visit each customer with the list of issues that is in the excel doc and Andrew personally fix 100% of them.

3. Do business like a normal company.

4. Spend if needed all company assets to untangle from you.

How you treat your customers should have nothing to do with a internet forum. You really do need stronger medicine if you believe that.

And gilligan right in this thread is a massive in your face lesson to be learned by Barnes and that is get off the Internet straighten things out because the internet is actually harming printex sales, what he won't admit is that it's his fault. He will also say he is glad rockers did not choose printex because they don't want his kind of relationship lol
