And the customer service has been fantastic all the way through our decission making process which was rather long by the way. I'm glad that our regional sales manager at M&R is a friend of mine for many years now and I know I can trust him and the company he represents.
Funny enough last year as we started doing some research about automatics, even though it was always clear to me it would be from M&R, I posted some questions on the M&R forum. Out of the blue I got an email from a company selling Printex machines asking me if I have considered their products. Did my research on the Internet and came to the decision that it's not even worth replying to that email. Anyway to make long story short, I think M&R would always be my first choice. They never let us down on parts and advise. Can your company say the same, dude?

Printex has a long road ahead, what do you think Printex should do to turn this internet situation around?
